Right to Refuse or Cancel; Limited availability and price
The Cigar Inn (NY), Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "The Cigar
Inn" or "CigarInn.com") has the right to limit the
number of items purchased through our website. In the event a product
or service
is
listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from our suppliers, The Cigar Inn will have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect
price. The Cigar Inn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order
at any time and for any reason whether or not the order has been confirmed
and
your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged
for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Cigar Inn will immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account.
Returns and exchanges
At The Cigar Inn we want all of our customers to be confident
that when they buy a product from us here in New York that it is in
perfect
condition, new and unused. Many of our products are handmade with the
unique character that the individual craftsman adds to it. For example,
our The Cigar Inn Humidors are warranted for two lifetimes against manufacturing
de-fects. Our Returns and Exchanges policy has been developed to protect
both the consumer and ourselves. So before you buy, be certain of what
you want. Our trained sales associates can guide you through your purchase
but ultimately, you the consumer must be confident in our product and
sure of what you are buying. As such the policy is:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on tobacco. Merchandise
other than to-bacco can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery
if it is unused and in original packaging. The Cigar Inn will replace
any tobacco product that is defective.
Minors
The Cigar Inn does not market to or solicit information from minors.
Minors are ineligible to use our services, and are prohibited from submitting
any information or orders to us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Tobacco Returns
Tobacco products are perishable and can only be accepted for exchange
within 5 days of your receiving the items if there is a problem with
the quality or construction of the product.
14-Day Guarantee (Non-Tobacco Products)
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you
are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original
condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping
costs.
Returning Your Item
For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return address label with
your order. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your
credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been
processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take
approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
How to return your item
Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
Complete the return and exchange policy form. Please write the return
number in the upper right-hand corner of the form, along with the return
reason number in the "REASON RTN'D column. Include this form inside
the box.
Detach the right-hand portion of the pre-printed return address label.
Remove the peel-off backing and affix this portion to the shipping box
over the original shipping label.
Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return
it to us using the deliv-ery service of your choice. For speed and security,
we recommend FedEx.
Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has
been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
Please call The Cigar Inn at 1.800.548.4623 to arrange for an exchange. We
will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your
name.
Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return
to your new order and ship it to you by FedEx. You will receive an e-mail
containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
Returning a gift
If you are returning a gift, please call The Cigar Inn at 1.800.548.4623.
We can provide you with store credit or we can refund the credit card
used by the purchaser.
Warrantees and Repairs
The Cigar Inn will repair or replace any The Cigar Inn, Avo, Zino or Griffin's
accessories that are found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect
at no cost, excluding shipping and customs duties.
In regard to products that we sell but do not manufacture, the sole warranty
offered is the original manufacturers warranty and The Cigar Innexpressly
disclaims any warranty, express or implied, with respect to such products.
We also offer a repair service for most lighters, pipes and humidors
sold in the U.S. Please e-mail us with the description of the items including
the manufacturer, condition of the item and the problems to be repaired.
Humidor Regulator Replacement
The Cigar Inn sells replacement regulators for the The Cigar Inn, humidors.
The typical useful life of the The Cigar Inn regulator is 8 to 10 years.
humidor regulators have a typical
useful life of 5 years. Simply e-mail us for instructions on replace-ment
procedures for these products.
